The Catalogue Raisonné is being compiled by Ingram Reid under the direction of Anna-Clare Hillier, of the Tristram Hillier Estate.

Ultimately, we aim to make the catalogue raisonné public as a resource for all. Initially we are focusing on Hillier’s paintings in oil and tempera, with works on paper to follow at a later stage.

We are keen to hear from owners of works so that they may be included. We are also interested in hearing from former owners. All information will be treated in confidence and requests for anonymity will be honoured.

We already have information on more than 600 of Hillier’s paintings, and we are happy to share previously published details of specific works, by request, to aid research.
